myself Rupa (surrogate mother) entered into an agreement with Mr.Abhi whose wife ashita wjo is unable to conceive due to some interal injury.My husband is suffering from blood cancer so i agreed to rent my womb for Rs 10 lack. me and abhi entered into a bond for Rs.100/- to undergo A.R.T. Abhi willbear medical expenses in consideration.I had agreed to give the child to abhi and ashita but I developed love and affection for my child and want the custody back.As the agreement is not enforceable as the consent of my husband had not been seeked.
