Building a pergula and was wondering if 6x6 treated lumber would support it?

the 6x6 legs would have to support a 20' span of 2x6, 24' centers and the top would be made out of 1x4's with a gap of 3/4 inch between. The dementions of the pergula is 20' x 14'
