I was hit in the private and the pain hasn't gone away..?

i was hit in the private a few days ago and after a while it seemed fine but the next day i felt a slight pain, which i though was nothing..just like a sore muscle or something and now it's increased and it's connected to a nerve or something in my leg which seems to be connected to my right testicle..do you think it might be testicular torsion or something? i researched it and i really don't want one of my testicles to be removed or anything and im going to the doctors tomorrow but i honestly don't think it'll go well after reading the article on that on wikipedia..can someone help or give me any other suggestions of what it might be?
