I have a legal question?

Here is my situation. I am currently enrolled in college. I started years ago with alot of potential, but went through some rough times. I battled a severe case of depression for a number of years. My grades suffered due to that fact. I am currenty in the competitive field of nursing. I want to obtain my BSN. I almost have all of my prequisites completed. I did fairly well. However, on my AA degree my GPA is low. They are not going to let me in. I know that you can get criminal records expunged. Is there anyway I can " expunge" some of my failing grades, so they do not affect my G.P.A. I don't want my past to dictate my future. This may be a stupid question, but I am running out of options.
