Cingular email and phone thing?

I want to trade in my phone, its a razor adn I have had it since january 2007. It sucks bc it keeps turing off on me and I think I can turn it in but can i get my moeny back for it? What is the cingular's email adress? for asking questions and them answering you. I want to get an ipod from the money or I want to get a the sync phone that has an mp3 player on it. Does anyone get what I am going at and don't jsut say go to the site bc I have ******* tried that and it doesnt work for me ok. So jsut give me the emial adress oir tell me what I can do. Tahkns
