How hard is it to swap 2.2ltr for a 3.0ltr sohc v-6?

Could'nt find a turbo 2.2 for under 1,375, so i found a dodge caravan with 6g72 3.0ltr SOHC v6 with less than 60 K, for 650 (the whole van!!!!). i've read that the A-413 trans bolts right on to the motor (allpar.com) and i know the mounts are close, the axel shafts are "the same" or so says auto zone ( the parts are listed as the same in their database and was confirmed on allpar. so what all do i need from the donor to makes this work ????
