, yeast infection, reaction to meds??

So, im taking an antibiotic called cephalexin for my infected tattoo. My DR. gave me enough for a week and im almost done. So, the other day while laying in bed i started to notice that my "downstairs" was really itchy. It was driving me crazy. I didnt scratch it because i didnt want to make anything worse. So ive had the itching for almost 3 days. I also have a discharge its white and pasty, real thick. There is an odor but not real bad. Nothing compared to the BV infections Ive had in the past. Im thinking the antibiotics have caused a yeast infection because it started in the middle of my medication cycle. Plus i looked up the side effects for this Antibiotic and it says it could cause l itching/discharge. There is no pain in that area, no fever or anything like that. Im still worried because i had unprotected with a guy 2 weeks ago and again (same guy) last Friday. Now im thinking or Trich. Im having a lot of anxiety about this and it;s really worrying me. I have a dr. appointment Friday to get tested and have this "yeast infection" checked out. but does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?
