I need the best tanning lotion...helpp?

ok i have a tan on my legs.its white from knees above and from knees down its my normal skin color and i was wondering whats thee best tanning lotion cause i dont wanna go too a tanning salon and it has to be under 10$ if not then whatever still tell me.i have like kinda carmel skin color its not that dark but not that white.please helpp
