For all u truckers out there?

have a question ,this past friday im sure u heard of the tragic accident in chicago il, all the people injured and 2 dead woman. do u think the driver was negligent . first of all,what was he doing flying down a offramp at 50 mph,second of all i,m sure if he did a thorough PRE TRIP on his rig he could have prevented something that tragic ,next gearing down before hand what is your opinion ?stuff like that gives truckers a bad rep.
