Feeding my pet rat?

I feed Nacho lab chow blocks. I'm wondering if I'm feeding him too much at night and i usually give him a snack or something in the morning but I figure since he's nocturnal I should give him most of the food at night. Anyone know how many blocks and how often and what times? He's pretty healthy so I don't think I'm doing anything too wrong but who knows.
