Do you think illegal immigrants will have constitutional rights if they went hiking in Iran?

After reading how three American hikers have been in prison for a year, and the woman in solitary confinement, with no trial date set and no charges have been made... I wonder how constitutional rights are given to illegal immigrants in America. Would a Mexican immigrant have a better chance in Iran?
