Can I sue a Hospital for Negligence/Ignorance?

I'm 15, I want to sue a hospital. I was in 7th grade playing football and I fractured my wrist. I went to the hospital, the doctor that attended me was a student. When he was putting the cast I noticed it had a dent. I asked him "will that be a problem?" He replied "It'll be perfectly fine. So I listened to him. Later that week I was complaining to my mom that my arm was hurting. He said "stop whining." Two weeks later it was time to get the cast off. I realized my skin was black, I told the doctor what it was, it was dead skin. It was infected for 3 months. Now I was a really big scar.
